Terms & Conditions of Use for the we1won Malaysia Platform

01 General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and we1won ("Platform", "We", or "we1won") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by we1won.

In this Agreement, the following key definitions apply:

• "we1won Platform" refers to the official we1won website and all online services operated by us.
• "Account" refers to the personal account you registered on the we1won platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in your we1won account at any given time.
• "Bet" refers to any wager or bet you place using funds in your we1won account.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus cash, or any financial incentive granted by we1won to members.
• "Games" covers all entertainment activities available on the we1won platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Baccarat, Poker, and more.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date you register your account and remain applicable for as long as your account is active on the we1won platform.

02 Member Eligibility & Registration

To use we1won's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Is a valid Malaysian resident or citizen.
• Having an active Malaysian phone number that can be verified via OTP.
• Has never been declared a bankrupt who has not been discharged by the court.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions or prohibitions that prevent the use of online betting platforms.
• Has never previously been banned from using the we1won platform for violations of its terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, and a strong password. You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur.

03 User Account & Security

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) we1won account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice.

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.
• Notify we1won immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that the device you use to access we1won is secure and free from malware.

We1won uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions. However, we are not liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

We1won supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Boost

• DuitNow
• FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major banks)

Transaction terms and limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3 to 10 minutes depending on the chosen method.
• Daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on account status and KYC verification.

We1won reserves the right to request additional verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain limit. This verification process is a standard security measure in place to protect all our members.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

We1won offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General terms for all we1won bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover/turnover) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 5x to 20x total bonus received, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• We1won reserves the right to forfeit any bonus where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Each promotion has a stated validity period — expired bonuses cannot be used or transferred.

Using multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses is prohibited and considered fraudulent. we1won employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse, and any account found engaging in this practice will be suspended immediately.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagering activity on the we1won platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Baccarat, Poker, Badminton, and slots — is subject to the following rules:

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• We1won reserves the right to void or cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault or system disruption.
• In the event of an internet connection disruption during a gaming session, we1won is not liable for any losses incurred. Game results that were completed prior to the disruption remain valid.
• Odds and betting limits may change at any time at we1won's discretion, particularly during major sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup, Malaysia Super League, or the AFF Cup.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

For Live Casino games including Baccarat and Poker, the outcome announced by the dealer is final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the match ending.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

We1won maintains a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Poker.
• Money laundering through the we1won platform.
• Use of credit cards or payment methods obtained fraudulently.
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
• Any attempt to manipulate the odds system or fix sports betting outcomes.
• Using a VPN or other means to conceal your true location for prohibited purposes.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

We1won reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the we1won customer support team. Before closing, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining funds in a closed account may not be recoverable once the closure process is complete.

For accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months, we1won reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by its owner.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

We1won respects the privacy of all members and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Data we collect — including registration information, transaction records, and platform usage data — is used solely for service operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the user experience.

We1won will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Your data may be shared with the relevant authorities if required by law.

10 Liability Limitations & Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, we1won shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or extraordinary events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the we1won platform.
• Losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account login credentials.
• Betting disputes raised more than 24 hours after the event in question.

11 Responsible Gaming

We1won is deeply committed to the wellbeing of our members. We provide a range of tools to help you play responsibly:

• Daily Deposit Limit: Set a limit on the total amount you can deposit within a single day.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss you are willing to absorb over a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on your gaming session time.
• Temporary Break Options: Temporarily suspend your account if you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion from the platform for an extended period.

12 Terms Amendments & Governing Law

We1won reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will:

• Members will be notified via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect, except in cases of emergency.
• Deemed accepted by members if they continue to use the platform after the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
